Good to know

Pool hours, court lighting, resident events, and getting to campus from University Heights.

When is the pool open?

The pool is open from 6am to 10pm during pool season, which typically runs from early March through the end of October. When the weather is unseasonably warm, we open early or stay open later in the year.

Can residents play pickleball at night?

Yes. The pickleball court is lit for night play. Residents can bring their own gear or check out paddles and balls from the leasing office during office hours.

What else is there to do outside?

University Heights also has a basketball court, a dog park, and a catch-and-release pond, all within the neighborhood.

Are there resident events?

Yes. We host about 30 resident events a year, so there’s always a reason to get out and meet your neighbors.

Is University Heights on the Texas A&M bus route?

Yes. University Heights is 2.8 miles from campus and has its own stop on Texas A&M bus Route 41 (Good Bull). On breaks, nights, and weekends, Route 40-41 runs instead.
