FAQs

Please note: Service is included, not the hardware.

Follow these steps to set up your internet:

  1. Make sure the power cord and coaxial cable are both plugged into the modem and power source.
  2. Call 888-565-5785 and ask to speak to a representative.
  3. Have the MAC address (a 12-digit alphanumeric number that is on a sticker on the bottom or back of your modem) and your University Heights address ready.
  4. Tell them: “I need to speak with someone in the Residential MDU Bulk department to provision my modem.”
  5. They may ask you for an account number or access code. Tell them you do not have one, but you have the MAC address on the back of the modem and the full address of the home, including the zip code. They should be able to transfer your call to the correct department, and help provision your modem, or address whatever issues you are having.
  6. They may ask you about a cable box, but you do  NOT need one. You will need to complete a channel scan to set up the cable.

Is the problem INSIDE or OUTSIDE of your Townhome? If it’s inside (air conditioning, heat, appliances) please contact your property manager. If it’s outside (trash, fences, yards) please email us at hoa@universityheightscs.com.

Normal household trash is removed Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bulk trash is picked up outside of the home on Thursdays.

Mailbox location is determined by the Post Office, not the HOA.

To retrieve a mail key, go to the Post Office (located at 2121 E William J Bryan, TX) with your photo ID and copy of your lease.
